If your project requires it, we can provide signed and sealed drawings for you, or your general contractor to submit to your Town for construction permit applications.

Are you working with a non licensed designer and just need an architect to review, sign, and seal drawings for permitting? If their documentation and design standards meet our quality requirements, we are more than happy to collaborate with them and provide an ‘architect of record’ service.

Architect / Founder
Originally from Venezuela, Michele Mazzaro completed her Bachelor’s of Architecture from Pratt Institute in 2014, then joined the corporate workforce in Manhattan where she focused on large scale residential and commercial projects for 8 years. In 2018 she acquired her New York and New Jersey state architecture registrations. In 2021 she made the move to Westchester and founded fizz.haus in an effort to pursue her lifelong interest of working on single family residential projects where the challenge becomes carrying out design efforts that are much more personal to the home owners.
